Description:

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

Y-134 is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) with high affinity for ERα (Ki = 0.09 nM) over ERβ (Ki = 11.31 nM). It acts as an agonist in bone tissue and an antagonist in reproductive tissues, effectively inhibiting estrogen-stimulated proliferation of ER-positive breast cancer cells. Y-134 exhibits no cross-reactivity with other steroid hormone receptors, including mineralocorticoid, glucocorticoid, androgen, and progesterone receptors.
