LY3325656-analog is a novel GPR142 agonist, demonstrating anti-diabetic benefits and ADME/PK properties suitable for human dosing. LY3325656-analog demonstrated a robust, dose-dependent glucose lowering effect. In isolated mouse pancreatic islets, it also stimulated glucose dependent insulin secretion. LY3325656-analog also lowered glucose and increased insulin in IPGTT in diet-induced obese (DIO) mice.
