Borofalan, also known as SPM 011 is an antineoplastic adjuvant therapy used in Boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT). Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) is a high-capture cross-section of thermal neutrons using boron-containing ( 10 B) drugs, with 10 B(n,α) 7 Li neutron capture and nuclear splitting reactions. BNCT using C-BENS with borofalan (10B) is a promising treatment option for patients with R-SCC or R/LA-nSCC of the head and neck. Note: The product we can supply is a non-label version of Borofalan.
