Paederosidic acid inhibits the proliferation of NCI H1650, HCC827, and A549 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells (IC50s = 40.68, 42.58, and 36.48 µg/ml, respectively). Paederosidic Acid suppressed osteoclast formation by downregulating expressions of NFAT2 and ATP6V0D2, as well as relieved neuropathic pain by decreasing expressions of CGRP, CSF1 and galanin in DRG.
