Description:

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

RUN 01088, also known as N-(m-PEG4)-N'-(DBCO-PEG4)-Cy5 is a Cy5 labeled fluorescent PEG derivative containing a DBCO group which reacts with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules to form a stable triazole linkage without a copper catalyst. DBCO-activated fluorescein dye will be an ideal alternative to copper intolerant applications. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. This product has no formal name at the moment. For the convenience of communication, a temporary code name was therefore proposed according to MedKoo Chemical Nomenclature (see web page: https://www.medkoo.com/page/naming).
