MedKoo Cat#: 128475 | Name: CG167

Description:

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

CG167 is a PROTAC degrader, which degrade CypA via a PROTAC mechanism. In Huh7 cells with HCV replicon, CG167 was antiviral. At low concentrations (1 μM), it was more potent than TWH106, and its antiviral activity was related to CypA degradation, which was also VHL - dependent.
