MedKoo Cat#: 145351 | Name: CP-94253

Description:

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

CP-94253is a 5-HT1B agonist. CP 94253 (2.5-10 mg/kg) significantly reduces the axillary temperatures of preweanling and adult rats. CP 94253 significantly decreases the locomotor activity of male and female adult rats, while CP 94253 does not affect the locomotor activity of PD 15 rats. CP 94253 exerts anticonvulsant activity on pentylenetetrazol-induced seizures in mice.
