Fosigotifator is a eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2B (eIF2B) activator. Fosigotifator directly activates eIF2B, which counters the effects of stress-related signaling pathways that inhibit protein synthesis by phosphorylating eIF2. Through this activation, Fosigotifator promotes the restoration of normal protein synthesis rates in stressed or dysregulated cells. Fosigotifator has shown promise for conditions such as vanishing.
