LN6023 is an agonist of chemokine (C-X-C motif) receptor 7 (CXCR7). It induces β-arrestin recruitment in a reporter assay using HEK293T cells expressing human CXCR7 (EC50 = 3.5 µM) but not in HEK293T cells expressing human CXCR4.
