Description:

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

Azido-TPP1 is a Mitochondria-luciferin releasing agent, reacting with mitochondria-activatable luciferin (MAL-Probe), such as TPP-CL2 to release luciferin.. Mitochondria-activatable luciferin (MAL) is a bioluminescent probe sensitive to ΔΨm, and partially to plasma membrane potential (ΔΨp), for non-invasive, longitudinal monitoring of ΔΨm in vitro and in vivo. Azido-TPP1 is a useful agent with MAL-Probe, which showed promising for understanding the underlying mechanisms and for discovery of effective treatments for many human pathologies.
