VT-107 is a potent and selective TEAD Auto-palmitoylation inhibitor that Inhibits Proliferation and Tumor Growth of NF2-deficient Mesothelioma. VT107 is an analogous to VT104. VT107 prevented palmitoylation of the TEAD1 protein. VT107 decreased the levels of palmitoylated TEAD3 and TEAD4 and increased the levels of unpalmitoylated TEAD3 and TEAD4.
