Description:

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

VU0365114 is a positive allosteric modulator of M5 muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (mAChRs). It increases ACh-induced calcium mobilization in CHO cells expressing human M5 mAChRs (EC50 = 2.7 µM) selectively over CHO cells expressing human M1-4 mAChRs (EC50s = >30 µM for all).
