HDS-029 is a potent inhibitor of the ErbB receptor family. It inhibits EGF-induced erbB1 autophosphorylation in NIH3T3 cells and heregulin-stimulated ErbB autophosphorylation in MDA-MB-453 human breast carcinoma cells.
