FAPL-S0456 is a novel FAP-targeted NIR dye conjugate. FAPL-S0456 has similar fluorescence parameters as (CR)-S0456 since the fluorescent fluorochrome (S0456) is the same for both molecules but is targeted to the fibroblast activation protein transmembrane receptor instead of SMVT. Mice treated with omipalisib but infused with FAPL-S0456 demonstrated strong fluorescence emission detection by nCLE.
