Berotralstat, also known as BCX-7353, is a kallikrein inhibitor. BCX7353 is a synthetic, once-daily, small molecule drug that can be taken as an oral capsule to treat HAE attacks and for prophylaxis. Berotralstat was approved to treat patients with hereditary angioedema in Dec 2020.
