NIBR-LTSi is a highly selective, cellular active LATS kinase inhibitor. NIBR-LTSi showed attractive ADME/oral mouse PK properties and demonstrated dose-dependent target engagement as well as an increased expression of the YAP target gene Ctgf in murine liver.
