Nudifloramide, also known as N-methyl-2-pyridone-5-carboxamide, is a metabolite derived from nicotinamide, a precursor in the NAD+ biosynthetic pathway. Nudifloramide significantly inhibits poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP-1) activity in vitro.
