MedKoo Cat#: 145085 | Name: G-15

Description:

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

G-15 is an antagonist of G-protein coupled estrogen receptor 1(GPER-1). G-15 significantly decreased nuclear volumes of HVC and Area X in male finches, as well as muscle fiber sizes in the syrinx, while in females, it increased muscle fiber sizes without affecting brain measures. The cAMP and phosphorylation of CREB are inhibited by G-15.
