MHV370 is a LR7/8 Antagonist for Treatment of Systemic Autoimmune Diseases. MHV370 showed a slightly higher potency on TLR7 compared to TLR8 in both assay matrices. MHV370 inhibited murine TLR7, yet it did not inhibit mouse TLR4 or TLR9, as shown on mouse splenocytes.
