SGC-UBD253 is a Chemical Probe Targeting the Zinc-Finger Ubiquitin-Binding Domain of HDAC6. In cells, SGC-UBD253 is an effective antagonist of HDAC6-UBD at 1μM, with marked proteome-wide selectivity.
