DC_M01_7 is a novel inhibitor of human histone acetyltransferase KAT8 (also known as MOF or MYST1) with an IC50 value of 6 μM. It significantly inhibits HCT116 cells proliferation and also inhibiting histone 4 lysine 16 acetylation in HCT116 cells.
