PPZ-A10 is an ionizable cationic lipid. It has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of siRNA and mRNA in vitro and in vivo. LNPs formulated with PPZ-A10 preferentially delivered mRNA to the liver and spleen immune cells.
