Nelutroctiv, also known as CK-136, is a Selective Cardiac Troponin Activator for the Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases Associated with Reduced Cardiac Contractility. Nelutroctiv improves cardiac contractility by selectively activating cardiac troponin and could improve health outcomes for patients with cardiovascular conditions where contractility is reduced such as HFrEF or the systemic right ventricle (SRV) subset of congenital heart disease (CHD).
