TRULI (also known as LATS-IN-1) is a synthetic small-molecule inhibitor targeting the Large Tumor Suppressor kinases LATS1 and LATS2, with an IC₅₀ of approximately 0.2 nM. By inhibiting these kinases, TRULI suppresses YAP phosphorylation, leading to increased YAP activity and subsequent promotion of cell proliferation in various cell lines and tissues.
