NUN-00517 is a novel activator of the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway, upregulating heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) via promoting nuclear translocation of nuclear factor erythroid 2 (NF-E2)-related factor 2 (Nrf2) to regulate LPS‐induced oxidative stress in macrophages. This product has no formal name at the moment. For the convenience of communication, a temporary code name was therefore proposed according to MedKoo Chemical Nomenclature (see web page: https://www.medkoo.com/page/naming).
