ZXH-1-161 is a novel Selective Degrader of GSPT1. Due to its potency and selectivity for GSPT1, ZXH-1-161 is a superior tool to CC-885 for exploring the therapeutic potential of GSPT1 degradation and may provide additional opportunities for therapeutically targeting GSPT1, where a degradation-based strategy has already shown potential in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
