Description:

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

SDM46326, also known as Rp-8-bromo-PET-Cyclic GMPS sodium salt is an analog of cyclic GMP (cGMP). It is a cell permeable, competitive, and reversible inhibitor of cGMP-dependent protein kinases (cGKs) that blocks activation of cGKI and cGKII by cGMP. In the absence of cGMP stimulation, Rp-8-bromo-PET-cGMPS can act as a partial agonist of cGKI. Rp-8-bromo-PET-cGMPS is resistant to hydrolysis by phosphodiesterase 11. This product has no formal name at the moment. For the convenience of communication, a temporal code name was therefore proposed according to MedKoo Chemical Nomenclature (see web page: https://www.medkoo.com/page/naming).
