JK-136 is a novel Ras homologous A (RHOA) inhibitor, potently inhibiting cell viability and migration/invasion of gastric cancer (GC) cell lines, and mouse xenografts, diversely expressing RHOA, binding affinity for RHOA was >140-fold greater than Rhosin, a nonclinical RHOA inhibitor.
