Product Data
Biological target:
Neoxaline is an alkaloid produced by Aspergillus japonicus.
In vitro activity:
Neoxaline was isolated from Aspergillus japonicus Fg-551. Neoxaline is a member of a novel class of biologically active indole alkaloids characterized by a unique indoline spiroaminal framework and binds to tubulin, which results in inhibition of tubulin polymerization.
