MedKoo Cat#: 565088 | Name: Amuvatinib Hydrochloride

Description:

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

Amuvatinib Hydrochloride is a multitargeted receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor which binds to and inhibits mutant forms of the stem cell factor receptor (c-Kit; SCFR). Amuvatinib Hydrochloride also inhibits c-Met, Ret oncoprotein, and mutant forms of Flt3 and PDGFR alpha, thereby suppressing the induction of DNA repair protein Rad51.
