Description:

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

WJ460 is a potent inhibitor of myoferlin (MYOF), a protein implicated in cancer cell invasion and metastasis. By directly binding to MYOF, WJ460 effectively suppresses breast cancer cell invasion, with IC₅₀ values of approximately 43.37 nM in MDA-MB-231 cells. In vivo studies demonstrate that WJ460 inhibits breast tumor growth, angiogenesis, and spontaneous metastasis in mouse models. Additionally, WJ460 has been shown to induce ferroptosis, a form of regulated cell death, in pancreatic cancer cells.
