Description:

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

SUN 93939, also known as Azido-PEG5-amine is a PEG derivative containing an amino group with an azide group. The amino group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. PEG Linkers may be useful in the development of antibody drug conjugates. This product has no formal name at the moment. For the convenience of communication, a temporary code name was therefore proposed according to MedKoo Chemical Nomenclature (see web page: https://www.medkoo.com/page/naming).
