In addition, BBDDL2204 significantly reducedH3K27Me3 levels and displayed much enhanced potency in inhibiting the cell growth of KARPAS422 and Pfeiffer cells than1. Furthermore, kinetic experiments demonstrated BBDDL2204 binding to EZH2 in a SAM-noncompetitive mode.
