Pd(II) Coproporphyrin I is a porphyrin derivative. Pd(II) Coproporphyrin I was used to modify monoclonal HSF102 antibody of mouse IgG2a subclass and monospecific rabbit IgG which resulted in an increase in antigen binding activity. Pd(II) Coproporphyrin I also has applications in detecting intracellular O2.
