VX-150, also known as EOS-62073, is a pro-drug of a highly selective NaV1.8 inhibitor. VX-150 is an orally bioavailable pro-drug that rapidly converts into its active moiety, which is a highly selective inhibitor of NaV1.8 relative to the other sodium channel subtypes (>400-fold).
