UUN25471, also known as 1-Naphthyl PP1 hydrochloride is a cell-permeable, selective inhibitor of Src-family tyrosine kinases engineered to target mutant forms with an enlarged ATP binding site. It functions by competitively inhibiting ATP binding, effectively blocking kinase activity and downstream signaling pathways. This compound is widely used in research for studying kinase-specific signaling and validating engineered analog-sensitive kinase mutants. It exhibits an IC50 in the low nanomolar range (approximately 4-10 nM) against engineered Src-family kinases. This product has no formal name at the moment. For the convenience of communication, a temporal code name was therefore proposed according to MedKoo Chemical Nomenclature (see web page: https://www.medkoo.com/page/naming).
