BP Lipid 118 is an amino ionizable lipid with ester bonds located at C7 and C6 poisiton relative to nitrogen. The ethanolamine head can effectively improve mRNA encapsulation while introduction of ester bonds improve tissue clearance. The primary ester contains a long 11 carbons tail. The ionizable lipid can be used for mRNA delivery due to its excellent physiochemical properties.
