Taraxasterol acetate reduces the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and Hsp72 induced by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate in isolated human neutrophils when used at concentrations of 10 and 100 µM and increases Hsp72 production in unstimulated isolated human neutrophils at 100 µM.
