SM6 is a novel selective inhibitor of the oxygen consumption rate (OCR) in human pluripotent stem cell (PSC), significantly reducing PSC and non-PSC contamination and enriching cardiomyocyte (CM) populations that would otherwise be eliminated in genetic selection approaches.
