WF-47-JS03 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the RET (REarranged during Transfection) kinase, exhibiting significant anti-tumor activity in preclinical studies. It demonstrates high selectivity, being over 500-fold more selective for RET kinase compared to KDR. In cellular assays, WF-47-JS03 effectively inhibits proliferation of Ba/F3 cells transfected with KIF5B-RET (IC₅₀ = 1.7 nM) and LC-2/ad lung cancer cells expressing CCDC6-RET (IC₅₀ = 5.3 nM).
