UCB-FcRn-303 is an allosteric modulator of neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) which binds to the extracellular domain of FcRn. UCB-FcRn-303 binds to the extracellular domain of FcRn with low μM affinity. The conserved binding site is located at the interface of β2m and the α-chain, featuring a tunnel-like cavity with solvent access from two different sides.
