Description:

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

ODN 46316, also known as Propargyl-PEG5-tetra-Ac-beta-D-glucose is a Click Chemistry-ready crosslinker containing a propargyl group and beta-D-glucose. The propargyl groups can be reacted with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry to yield stable triazole linkages. D-glucose increases solubility in aqueous media and increases the selectivity of the PEGylation reaction. This product has no formal name at the moment. For the convenience of communication, a temporary code name was therefore proposed according to MedKoo Chemical Nomenclature (see web page: https://www.medkoo.com/page/naming).
