IUN 92602, also known as Azido-PEG7-alcohol is a PEG derivative containing an azide group and a terminal hydroxyl group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups. This product has no formal name at the moment.
