Tyrphostin 47, also known as AG-213, is a potent inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) kinase activity, with an IC₅₀ of 2.4 µM. It also inhibits platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR) and p210bcr-abl kinase activities, with IC₅₀ values of 3.5 µM and 5.9 µM, respectively.
