BUN 40815, also known as Propargyl-PEG4-5-nitrophenyl carbonate is a PEG derivative containing a propargyl group and nitrophenyl group. The propargyl group can be reacted with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. NPC is reactive towards the amino group of lysine by means of stable urethane linkages. PEG Linkers may be useful in the development of antibody drug conjugates. This product has no formal name at the moment.
