CP775146 increased the liver weight but did not affect the on mean body weight (Figures 1(a) and 1(b)). At >0.3 mg/kg, CP775146 significantly increased the serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) level (a measure of liver function, Figure 1(c)) but not that of aspartate aminotransferase (AST, Figure 1(d)).
